YOUR GUIDE
TO ELEVATED HEALTH AND
WELL-BEING
Hi, I’m Sarah Summers, a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and 500-hour Yoga Teacher. I’m passionate about helping individuals and teams feel more balanced, energized, and connected by prioritizing their well-being. True health is holistic—it’s about fostering self-awareness, nurturing your body and mind, and creating harmony in all areas of life, both at work and at home.
My journey into wellness began during a time when I felt stuck in a routine that left me drained and out of balance. I was caught in the hustle of long workdays—sitting at a desk under fluorescent lights, eating lunch at my computer, and relying on coffee and sugar to keep me going. By the end of the day, I’d feel exhausted but wired, unable to think clearly or recharge. My sleep suffered, and so did my energy, focus, and ability to truly show up at work and in life. I wanted to feel healthy and energized but couldn’t figure out how to make it happen in the midst of my busy life.
One day, I decided to walk to a nearby yoga studio and try a class. That single decision changed everything. For the first time, I felt the calming, grounding power of connecting to my breath and movement. It was like hitting the reset button for my mind and body, and I left feeling lighter, clearer, and more present than I had in a long time.
That experience sparked my curiosity about what it really means to be well. As I explored holistic health, I realized that true wellness isn’t about perfect habits or strict routines—it’s about creating balance in every area of life. I reflected on how my work environment and beliefs, like “self-care is selfish” or “resting is laziness,” were holding me back. By letting go of those patterns and embracing small, intentional changes, I started to feel more like myself again—energized, focused, and thriving.
This transformation inspired me to share what I’ve learned with others, particularly in the workplace. I know firsthand how hard it can be to prioritize wellness during a busy workday, and I don’t believe it has to be an either/or situation. I’m passionate about creating opportunities for movement, mindfulness, and self-care at work—helping employees recharge, connect, and show up as their best selves. When people feel good, they work better, and everyone benefits.
To bring this vision to life, I earned certifications in yoga and health coaching, including a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification from New York Yoga (2019), an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach credential from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (2020), and a 300-hour Yoga Teacher Certification from the Jason Crandell Yoga Method (2024). These experiences have equipped me to guide others in creating meaningful changes that support their well-being.
Whether I’m leading a corporate wellness session, a group yoga class, or working one-on-one, my goal is to create a supportive, uplifting space where people can explore what truly nourishes them and take practical steps toward their goals. It’s not about perfection—it’s about progress, balance, and discovering what works for you.
Yoga is at the heart of my approach because it’s an accessible, powerful tool for building strength, mindfulness, and self-awareness. Through workplace wellness programs and group yoga sessions, I love creating moments that leave people feeling connected, refreshed, and inspired to prioritize their health.
Before focusing on wellness full-time, I worked in client relations and project management in NYC, which taught me how to design programs that are approachable, impactful, and tailored to specific needs. These skills now help me create experiences that are both meaningful and practical—whether for teams or individuals.
When I’m not coaching or teaching, you’ll find me hiking with my husband, testing out new recipes in the kitchen, or reading up on the latest in mindfulness and holistic health. I believe every small step toward wellness is a win, and I’m here to cheer you on as you create a life that feels balanced, fulfilling, and uniquely yours.
